Dubai Municipality 

Dubai Municipality (DM) is one of the region’s largest government entities, providing over 70% of its public services including heritage preservation, urban planning, waste management and environmental safety. The Quality Team developed an Integrated Management Systems approach to unify processes, address inefficiencies and foster a culture of collaboration and quality, which is led from the top.

Kernel 

Kernel is a global leader in sunflower oil production and export, as well as the largest exporter of Ukrainian grain. The Quality Team oversees the Quality Management System (QMS) with the aim of enhancing operational performance. Recent efforts have focused on developing training courses for the wider organisation to keep employees informed of the latest requirements, and completing critical certification processes essential for the organisation’s export capabilities. Their entry demonstrated an impressive and successful journey in the face of wider challenging circumstances.

Ajman Police General Headquarters 

Ajman Police conducts over 600 operations in crime control, traffic safety, law enforcement, rehabilitation, and crisis management. The Quality Team comprises members from various cross-functional departments. They have established a clear connection between strategy and performance for numerous operational processes across four levels, with a vision extending to 2070.

Laing O’Rourke - Exploring Manufacturing 

Laing O’Rourke’s passion for pushing boundaries spans from concept to construction and handover, involving multiple internal and external stakeholders. Their entry outlined the team collaboration involved in delivering an ambitious, innovative and complex project for a high-profile client. They detailed the development of a bespoke Shell Beam Product – connecting two research buildings together by a sky bridge. Their comprehensive approach ensures that quality is a fundamental part of every stage of delivery.
