His reflection on set-backs and how these shaped improvements was impressive, as was the data available to support the impact of these improvements.

Christopher is the Managing Director of Five Star Quality and Justice Associates Ltd, based in Jamaica with customers in over 15 Carribean territories. He has a notable list of professional accomplishments driven by the application of quality principles and the work of W Edwards Deming. Christopher’s passion for ESG initiatives is particularly evident throughout his work and is commended by the judges.

Paul provided digital solutions in his role at a leading car lease company. As a quality advocate he embedded the core competencies of The Profession Map throughout his work, combining quality principles and tools leading to direct improvements in efficiency and effectiveness. This resulted in a reducing cycle time for stakeholders and embedding RFT into the system.
