BAE Systems - Electronic Systems Rochester 

BAE Systems Electronic Systems produce many of the high-technology systems found on submarines and commercial airlines. They have a strong quality first culture, driven by their mission to ‘protect those who protect us’ – referring predominantly to airline employees, as well as service men and women on the front line. They instil quality principles to drive continuous improvement across every function within their organisation, benchmarking their quality culture against other BAE sites and aerospace organisations across the world.

Ajman Police General Headquarters 

Ajman Police conducts over 600 operations in crime control, traffic safety, law enforcement, rehabilitation, and crisis management. Their innovative use of technology ensures that all decisions are supported by data-driven insights. The judges were impressed by Ajman Police’s robust governance and audit framework, recognising their ability to effectively manage risk and ensure accountability at every level.

Rolls-Royce SMR 

Rolls-Royce Small Modular Reactor (SMR) has a mission ‘to provide clean, affordable energy for all’. As part of their quality strategy, they are working to develop a strong quality culture of shared responsibility, learning and improvements to enable their people and the wider organisation to meet the needs of their customers. The judges were impressed with the way that the quality culture is being embedded across the organisation and contributing to the overall strategic aims and objectives.
