The winner and finalists for this year’s Emerging Talent award have made significant contributions to their respective organisations within the first five years of their quality management careers.

Aramco

Mohannad is a Quality Engineer in the Inspection Department at Saudi Aramco. In his award application, Mohannad demonstrated how he has made a meaningful impact in a short space of time, identifying gaps and challenging the status quo to drive significant improvements. His passion for quality is clear, as is his ambition to encourage collaboration across his team and change mindsets to ensure quality is embedded throughout the organisation.

Sellafield Ltd & CQI Nuclear Network

As a Quality Degree Apprentice at Sellafield Ltd (UK), Charlotte’s award entry evidenced a prominent start to her quality career. The judges were particularly impressed by her passion for STEM and the role she has played in embedding quality culture across the organisation. She has led on initiatives including a new forum to support apprentices, and the Quality in the Field programme, designed to improve visibility of the quality function in a hybrid working environment.

Element Materials Technology

Daniel is the Quality Manager for Element Materials Technology’s Digital Engineering Team. His achievements to date include the implementation and integration of a Quality Management System across multiple sites, resulting in a decrease in non-conformities. His award application demonstrated a commitment to continuous improvement using quality tools and techniques, with impressive results to date.
